What can the audience expect from your character?
My fans will get to see me in a totally different kind of part, a double role as Jasmine and Jasmine’s daughter resemble each other. This will undoubtedly give the show additional twists.
How does it feel to be back on the show with a new cast?
All the Virks, Gauri Ma’am, Simran, and Buzzo were close to me. I really miss them, I went to the sets and saw how quiet they were. When we used to shoot there, it used to be very noisy, so I began to question if they were shooting a scene here or not. I’ll need some time to get used to the new cast, but I know this will be entertaining.
Have you watched Bigg Boss 16 for your co-stars Ankit Gupta and Priyanka Chahar Choudhary?
Frankly, I saw two-three episodes as I was caught up with the shoots but I know what is happening inside. I have seen Bigg Boss. Priyanka and Ankit are my friends and they are playing really well. They are not faking anything, it is their personality that is exactly how they are shown in the show. Priyanka has always been taking a stand for the right thing and Ankit is introverted, he takes time to open up.
What would be your piece of advice for Ankit and Priyanka?
I saw a precap where Archana and Priyanka were fighting, I hope they are still friends. Priyanka should focus on her game, she is a very strong contestant and she can go to the finale. Ankit should also begin to put forth his opinion. Salman sir had also told him, ‘you have taken the place of a talented contestant so I think he should now start showing his game.
Would you participate in Bigg Boss if offered?
I was also approached for Bigg Boss with Ankit and Priyanka but I had already signed the show and had begun with the project so I chose to not participate. I would like to participate in a dance reality show instead of Bigg Boss, something like Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.
What kind of characters are you keen on doing after Udaariyaan?
I would like to do a title show where the focus is on the female protagonist or a show completely based on one woman army. Something that is youth-based more like my age where I can explore more shades and work on my full potential.
