The Kashmir Files director took to Twitter and wrote, “This so tragic and sad. The mad rush to build aggressive body, without any medical advise is so dangerous. Hyper-gymming is a relatively new phenomenon, which got mad impetus due to Instagram. It needs to be regulated for sure. Society needs to rethink. Oh, Siddhanth, Om Shanti.”
Earlier this year, comedian Raju Srivastava had a heart attack, while working out in a gym.
According to reports, Siddhaanth passed away today apparently he suffered cardiac arrest. He was at the gym when he collapsed and fell on the ground. He was rushed to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, where doctors tried to revive him for 45 minutes, but he couldn’t be saved.
Siddhaanth made his television debut with Kkusum and was part of Krishna Arjun, Kasautii Zindagii Kay. Last he played the role of Major Param Shergill in Ziddi Dil Maane Na. He also appeared in TV shows like, Virrudh, Bhagyavidhaata, Kya Dill Mein Hai. He played the lead role of Rishi in Grihasti.
He was married to model, VJ and fashion choreographer Alesia Raut. She is currently the official ramp-walk trainer of Femina Miss India and Miss India Universe pageants. She was a contestant in Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi (season 4) hosted by Akshay Kumar. She owns her own training institute Cocoberry where she used to train girls for modelling and pageants.
